Please do not send passports, identity documents or detailed confidential information before conflicts clearance and engagement.

Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, arrange a consultation, carry out a conflict check, consider whether Vela Legal can assist and administer any agreed legal services. It may also be used where required or authorised by law.
4. Calendly, WeChat and third-party services
Consultation bookings are handled through Calendly, and payment for a paid consultation is completed within the Calendly booking process. The booking calendar is loaded only when you choose to view it. Calendly may collect information and use cookies under its own privacy terms.
If you choose to contact Vela Legal through WeChat, your information will also be handled by WeChat and its service providers under their own privacy terms. If you open another external service from this website, that service’s privacy practices apply to your use of it.
